It depends on whether you have an account with us or you purchased as a guest. The email confirmation of your order has a unique order token at the bottom. You'll need to copy that.

Click on the "Profile" link. That will take you to the Profile page.

• If you registered as a guest:
  • Go to the confirmation email sent with your order details. At the bottom is a unique order token. Copy it.
  • Enter your email address in the email field.
  • Paste the token into the token field.
    (Author's Note: I recommend copying the token directly from the confirmation email rather than typing it, because it is long and complicated, which can lead to a typing mistake.)
• If you have an account on the site, you can sign into your account using the Login section or if you want check on a single order:
  • Login method. This method allows for you to review all orders you've made. 
    
    • Your email address is your Username. Enter it in the Username field
    • Enter your account password in the Password field.
  • Guest method. This method will only show the order information related to the token for that specific order.
    • See the steps outlined in the "If you registered as a quest" section above.

Two possible reasons:

1. If you used the Newsletter Subscription sign-up form, you will have been sent an email confirmation to activate your subscription. All you need to do is click the "Click here to confirm your Subscription" link at the bottom of the email.
   1. If you can't find that email in your inbox, check your Spam or Junk email folders. More than likely, it will be there.
   2. If you still can't find it, use the "Ask Your Question" form on this page to let us know and we'll manually confirm you. Please include a phone number in case we need to contact you.
2. Our newsletters are being trapped in the Junk or Spam email folders.
   1. If you found them there, please "whitelist" them in your email application so they won't get blocked again.
   2. If you still can't find them, perhaps something else is the matter, for instance a mistyped email address was entered. Recently, this happened to a good friend of mine. She was typing quickly and entered "cpm" for "com" and didn't catch it. Send us a message using the "Ask Your Question" form on this page and outlining you think this may be the problem. The form will have your name and email so we can check the list for them.
